Place is nice they have a cop living on property keeping everyone safe. They dont let people have unreasonable stuff outside in the front or back to keep place looking nice !!

Awesome apartments and staff/maintenance team they are great at what they do. Always keep us up-to-date and I definitely enjoy the monthly events to network with other tenants.

So I've been moved out now for a little over a month and wanted to share my experience at these apartments. Overall I was very satisfied with the complex. I moved down from wisconsin and needed a place quick. I was approved very quickly and everything went smoothly. It's a very quite complex and I was like 20 feet from the door to my car witch was very convenient. I've had packages left at my door for days while I was out of town and no one ever stole them.

It's a nice and quiet place most of the time, if you live close to the pool and courtyard you hear the children playing and having fun outside...the property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. They handle repairs like plumbing A/C, ect. quickly and efficiently. Ive been here two years now and plan on staying. very comfortable and right in the middle of 635, 80 and 30 soo easy access to the freeway to get to work..
